Different Travel is a specialist volunteer travel company who enable people to engage with overseas communities through volunteer travel. We work in many countries and support dozens of projects.
We operate charity challenges and trips for individuals, groups, companies and more, and combine volunteering with meeting objectives such as charity fundraising, team building and personal development.
We also organise bespoke (group) charity challenges, helping communities at home and abroad through fund-raising, volunteer work and financial contributions to the projects with which we are involved.
Different Travel was initially set up supporting Asian Tsunami relief projects in Sri Lanka, we also now operate in Vietnam, Tanzania, Zambia, Peru, Morocco, Slovenia, Poland and Malaysia, with further expansion planned for China, Jordan, India and more.

Slovenia Winter - Travel to the beautiful Julian Alps of Slovenia to take part in a range of winter sports activities.
Sri Lanka Multi Challenge - Challenge yourself with trekking and cycling through rainforest and up mountains, or take it a bit easier relaxing on the stunning beaches and helping with a variety of community projects and volunteering.
Sri Lanka Volunteer Holiday - Using Galle, on the south west coast of Sri Lanka as your base, volunteer in local communities doing work such as painting, building and beach cleaning. You will also have the opportunity to meet the locals and learn about their way of life.
Vietnam - Hike up Mount Fansipan, encounter new cultures, help improve the lives of orphans and marvel at the sheer beauty of this wonderful country.
Peru - Improve conditions at a school in Cusco while you acclimatise ready to trek the classic Inca Trail, passing unspoilt villages and meeting friendly and welcoming locals.
Zambia - Take part in a project to help improve the lives of Zambian children, then face an exciting canoeing challenge on the Zambezi!
Borneo - Help preserve the habitat of orang-utans in Borneo by participating in reforestation and conservation tasks. This volunteer holiday also gives you the change to explore the rainforest, relax on the beach, and (possibly) catch a glimpse of the orang-utans in the wild!
Tanzania - Help improve conditions in a school in Moshi, painting classrooms, building desks and interacting with the children before undertaking a 7-day trek up Mount Kilimanjaro on the beautiful, but challenging, Machame Route.
Morocco - Trek through the magnificent Sahara Desert, meeting the Berber people and learning about their nomadic lifestyle. You will then help improve education facilities in a small village.
